I am trying to use the Sonos Port with my Autonomic multi zone amp. I know of no issues with speaker connections as the previous system worked ok. Is there any compatibility issues with mirage and Sonos?

The Port provides, and expects line level input/output. It should react to any outside device exactly as, say, a cassette deck, or any other recording device. Pretty standard stuff.
