Sonos Port not connecting to system

I've gone through the gamut.  Even tried connecting my port directly to the router via ethernet cable. Nothing.  Been trying everything multiple times over the past week.  Nothing.  Help me.

If you have tried everything it is time to call Sonos support.

If you have tried everything it is time to call Sonos support.

That is literally the one thing I haven't tried.  Will give that a shot and report back here.
