Sonos play base won’t work unless it is connected by the Ethernet cable, I have tried to change the network to wifi - I put my wifi password in and it says we have put in the wrong password, which definitely isn’t the case.

It would be best if you reach out to our Customer Care team so they can take a look at what’s going on with your Playbase in more detail. In order to expedite things it would be useful to submit a system diagnostic before you do and give the support agent the confirmation number once you connect with them.
