My sonos playbase stopped connecting via airplay. I tried resetting and setup fails at the step where the Playbase is added to a room, when setting up over wifi. On ethernet it sets up properly. Now it only works on ethernet and not wifi.

The Playbase wireless may have failed. Wire by Ethernet, submit a diagnostic, note the confirmation number and call Sonos Support.
