Hello, I just installed Sonos Outdoor speakers using my Denon Amp and cannot add the speakers in the sonos app. What am I doing wrong?

Sonos outdoor speakers? You mean these:
https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop/outdoor-speaker-pair
If so, those are not capable of being added to the app on their own, they are merely passive speakers with no Sonos electronics inside. They are made to be powered by the Sonos Amp and it is the Amp which would be added to the Sonos app.
