Our Sonos One has been decreasing it's volume on its own and I cannot locate where it is being turned down from..

I submitted a diagnostic like I saw suggested in similar topics. The number is 1936062066

Thanks for the diagnostic.

 

It’s a little hard to read exactly what’s happening to the speaker here, but I can see two devices/services controlling the volume shortly before you submitted it. 

There’s a OnePlus 7 Pro that seems to be decreasing the volume, as well as a few commands from the service IFTTT (If This Then That) that you’ve used on Sonos before.

Try disabling any IFTTT recipes you have active and see if the behaviour subsides.

If not, submit another diagnostic and reply with the number within 5 minutes of this happening, and before increasing the volume again.
