When playing to multiple pairs of Sonons SL 1’s the right channel will drop from one of the pairs.

Are you using AirPlay 2 to one Sonos speaker, and allowing the Sonos system to deal with the stereo pairing, or are you using AirPlay 2 to send two streams to the two speakers?
An initial thought is wifi interference affecting the bandwidth available to carry the second stream, but there just isn’t nearly enough information in your post to feel very confident about that.
I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
