Hello all. My Sonos One speaker is only 9 months old. I have a continuous red light displaying on the speaker. I'm unable to connect to it, unable to reboot and also unable to factory reset. Even holding down the 'infinity' button after power off does nothing. I'm unable to do anything with it. Has anyone got any ideas?
