Since the latest app update, my sonos one wont connect.

 

Have done a factory reset and have it connected to the route.

 

I had a mare getting my Play 1’s connected back to my Beam, all was working fine….grrr well done sonos.

 

Any ideas on the One?

As you’ve already done a factory reset and still no joy setting it up when wired to the router, I would perhaps just contact Sonos Support and see what they say… you can contact/chat to them via this LINK
