The app Says my sonos one is offline when trying to connect with other device, have tried turning on and off any suggestions please

Does the Sonos One reappear in the App if you temporarily cable it to your router? If so, whilst it’s wired, check for Sonos updates and carefully re-enter your 2.4Ghz WiFi credentials in the Sonos App network settings and then see if it continues to work when you then remove the cable.
