Sonos is so over

What happened to this company? I own 8 Sonos devices and nothing works. Customer service is no less than an hour’s wait. Need to find a new provider. Any suggestions which may allow me to keep my equipment?

Yes, wait until the app is fixed, and/or call Sonos support to see if there is something inherent in your network which is blocking mDNS from finding your devices in a timely manner.
