I have Three Sonos connect (Gene 2) two have updated successful the remaining one fail to update hence completely fail to connect .
When I upgrade it start greet but on finishing setup i get error 30. I have tried all recommendation like changing the Ethernet cable reboot router even put on the location where the working one is but to avail.
Any one to advice best way to overcome this.

I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
