Sonos Connect Amp stopped working

The orange and white indicator light blinks continuously.
No sound.
How to fix this problem ?

Have you reviewed the information in the LED states FAQ?

It only states the suspected cause of the blinking indicator. The way to fix the problem is not clearly indicated Maybe someone has already had a similar problem ?

Have you tried asking Sonos support? Or firstly generating a diagnostics report for them to look at and then calling them? Why do you expect other users to supply a fix to a problem when you only know a suspected problem?

How to fix this problem ?

Your Connect is either updating or you tried to reset it to factory settings. If you didn’t try to reset it then there is a communication issue with the Sonos server which typically involves a network issue.

However, you can unplug the Connect and then reboot your router. Once the router has come back plug in the Connect. It will do one of two things

LED will be solid white which means it should work or it will blink orange and white to try and complete the update.
