If I connect a CD player (AUX) with Sonos Connect Amp Gen 2, can I add a Sonos Sub Gen 2 to this setup? I am thinking that the Sub is wireless and the speaker/CD player connected to the Amp are wired. Will there be any delay? Or is it better with a third party wired sub?

If I remember properly, a Sonos Sub can’t be wirelessly connected to a Sonos CONNECT:AMP. My guess is this is due to Sonos not ‘knowing’ which speakers are connected, and not being able to know where to set the cutoff.

What you said made sense but I am pretty sure I read somewhere it can. I will go look.
