 I have 2 Sonos connect amps that are both wired to my network switch via internet. Both amps cut out for 3-5 seconds at a time when streaming from Apple or Spotify. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Is this a new phenomenon? If so it could well be a simple IP address conflict. In that case just restart all your network devices.


No unfortunately this has been going on for a little over a year now. I don’t think it’s an IP issue at this point. 


Do the players cut out with all other sources, such as internet radio stations?


I haven’t tried that yet, but can attempt and report back.
