I upgraded a Connect from S1 to S2 hardware (Gen 1 to Gen 2).

I did this to get more formats available so i didn’t need to down convert digital only media.

Anyway, the Connect Gen 2 won’t play some regular media unless grouped!

“Friday, July 19, 2024 - 12:25 PM Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, London
Unable to play 'Everybody break verse idea' - the song is not encoded correctly.”

So, in the example above, why won’t the Connect G2 play 'Everybody break verse idea' unless in a group?

This a known issue, comes up periodically- see the following link to a post just today with this issue.
You could contact support just to rule any other issues out but seems unlikely they have a fix.
