my Sonos connect will not show up on my iPhone 15 in the original Sonos app

Maybe there’s a fault with your phone or network connection - if available, perhaps go onto try a different controller.

If you continue to have issues with the App and/or your Sonos product and can easily reproduce them, but perhaps haven’t yet contacted Sonos Support, then maybe just give them a call.

Their Apps (S1 & new App) each seem to be working okay here, but I guess different setups, hardware and Home networks can vary.

By the “original Sonos app’”, do you mean S1? 
 

Have you tried temporarily wiring your CONNECT directly to your router with an Ethernet cable? Have you tried a reboot of both the CONNECT and your router? Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it? What did they say?
