sonos connect

My sinus connect will not switch in. It is not power as I have connected the power lead to another connect box and that works fine. 
no white light on connect box

this is the second connect box that has given me trouble. 
many suggestions on cause/ solution. I have tried the reboot etc per the sinus help guides

At this point, your best bet is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
