I have two playbars (amongst other units) that both show up in Sonos app that work fine. However, when I log into my account on Sonos.com only one of them show up. All of my other equipment, Move, Roam, Amp x 2, Connect x 2, Sub, and Boost all show up. Anyone know why my 2nd Playbar doesn’t and how to get it to appear?

Maybe try a factory reset, so it gets associated with your account when added back to your system.

Just make sure that’s the only device you factory reset, and add back to your system.

It’s that process that adds the device to your “account”, if you were just to wire it to your system, while it had been originally set up by someone else, and never do that factory reset, it wouldn’t appear.
