Did you try to unplug and after waiting for some seconds starting it again?
Hi, exploring the new app I discovered I have the same problem. Tried power recycle (1 min pause) and that didn’t help. Any other suggestions?
There were several posts describing that issue. Maybe Sonos has to fix it with an upcoming update.
Thanks for letting me know. Will keep an eye for app updates and try customer service… when they are available
Can you wire another Sonos until the app gets fixed?
