Hi all

I know there was much written about SONOS and STP and I have read all (as far as found) in the German and English community.

I have no chance to get it run on my network. As soon as I connect the second SONOS to the LAN the network goes down.

I tried to get assistance from SONOS and Netgear (the switches I use). No chance.

I really would like to understand where the problem is.

Maybe there is somebody who could help/assist? Would be very graetful.

Thanks.

This is my network:

@Brendianer, That has already been covered at great length. Best to get in touch with the German phone support next week.

Thanks Smilja!
I tried all. The linked thread is mine. But sorry the answers were not that useful.

I am really not stupid but I cannot get it work.

The support of SONOS is not that useful. They say: with more then one switch we do not know.

I get it work with one switch. But the topology of our house requires the shown setup.

I am really desperate.
