Sonos Amps running on S1

Hi I have some Older active Sonos amps and they keep comining up update software available , when i select this it keeps failing.

How can this be rectified as it is very frustrating.

Sounds like its trying to get your speakers running on the new app. Look at your serial numbers to make sure ALL the amps are compatible with the new app, otherwise you will need to stay on the S1 app in order to control the amps from a single app.

Sonos Amps on S1? Are you sure they aren't Connect Amps or even older Zone Amps?

If the latter you can power down all but one, hook it to Ethernet temporarily and try the update.

Long, 50 plus foot, Ethernet cables are cheap on Amazon or the like.

Thanks for the feed back , its not that they are to old they wil be staying on the S1 app.
