Hello, we have a problem with our sonos amp. When we are playing music from Spotify etc. he on random moments stops playing. Amp is connected with cable to internet. We moved device to other location and problem is same. 

We tried factory defaults and firmware upgrade but nothing help. 

Can I please for some tips, what should we check.

It’s different home. 


Are there any issues with other online services? I don’t know if it is significant or not, but I’m seeing a slight uptick in Community members reporting Spotify issues. But, this is similar to a hospital where “everyone” is sick. If you are using the SONOS Crossfade feature with Spotify, disable it as a test. Personally, I’m not experiencing any Spotify issues. 


Yes with other online services too. We are sometimes playing music from our local Synology and situation is same. 


You could have a hardware issue. More data is needed than is available to us here. Submit a diagnostic and contact phone support.
