In a house with 5 amps, one zone plays music on its own randomly.

Why?

Hello @Iggy HiFi, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Do you by any chance use a Voice Assistant enabled product in your household and connected your Sonos system to it?

I would suggest for the next time this happens, Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes and contact our Support Team.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with advice and information, specific to your system and what it reports. They can also see how the music was initiated.

I hope this helps.
