AMP shows that it is connected and shows that the music should be playing, but no sound is coming out.

I recently installed four SONANCE MAG6R speakers and an AMP on my new covered patio. The amp is in the garage about 150’ away, and we have 14G speaker wire burrier in conduit running over to the patio.

Recently installed a UniFi mesh system. The speakers and AMP worked perfectly fine on this wireless system for about 3 weeks, then stopped. Again, it shows that the music is playing, everything is connected, but no sound will come out. I now have the amp hardwired to see if that helped, still nothing.

I have spent about 4.5 hours on the phone with customer support and still haven’t been able to figure it out. Pretty sure I have fixed all the settings on the UniFI app that Sonos told me to do, still nothing.

I originally purchased 2 AMPS, so I tried the brand new one and it is doing the same thing.

If anyone has any insight on what is going on I would appreciate it. Maybe I am missing something regarding my WIFI settings that I don’t know about.

Thank you in advance!

Are you sure there is not a wiring issue? Connect a speaker directly to the Amp outputs, nothing else connected, and see if it plays.

Disconnect the speakers from the Amp, listen at the speaker(s) as an assistant tap the Amp end of the speaker wires to a battery. The speaker should make a clicking noise with each tap.
