My amp keeps restarting. It is connected via HDMI Arc and we are watching a show and it restarts so the tv disconnects the. Stops the show then when it reboots it reconnects and stops the show again. It also has stopped while the some knife talk is at about 1:20-1:30 and restarts every time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Amp is under 1 year old.

Are you playing the same show each time AMP restarts? If you play another show or some music does AMP restart?

Yes the amp restarts with the same show. The amp does not restart for other shows. It has restarted for random night tv. Also does not restart for any other music.

Which model TV? Exactly which show are you watching? Is this playing through a TV App? Cable box? AppleTV? etc.

TV Model - LG OLED

SHOW - YOU (on Netflix)

Playing through Apple TV connected to TV via HDMI

SONOS staff will need to comment on the diagnostic. There have been some other complaints about AppleTV. Make sure that you have it running the latest firmware.

As a test, you could try dumbing down the AppleTV audio feed to stereo. After changing the setting, reboot the AppleTV.

Do you have a model number for the TV?
