Which version of the Amp do you have?
Is there an error code when trying to update?
If it is the older Connect:Amp, try plugging it into your router, or download the Sonos app on a PC or Mac.
Erreur 803. Jai appele le support qui n ont pas trouve et fini par me dire qu il ny avait rien a faire...
+17Le site d'assistance vous demande d'appeler le support lorsque vous rencontrez cette erreur !...Essayez ceci :Connectez l'ampli à votre routeur avec un câble Ethernet et réinitialisez-le.Téléchargez et installez l'application S1 sur un PC ou un Mac. Utilisez-le pour vous connecter à l’Amp et rechercher une mise à jour. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, appelez à nouveau le support et demandez un support de deuxième niveau. J'espère que cela aide.
The support site tells you to call support when you have this error!...
Give this a try:
Connect the Amp to your router woth an etyhernet cable and reset it.
Download and install the S1 app tp a PC or Mac.
Use that to connect to the Amp and check for an update.
If that does not work, call support again and ask for a second tier support person.
