sonos amp

I have an approximately 8-year-old Sonos Amp - CONNECT AMP.  We turned it on and it failed to work - no sound from the speakers.  The unit was working fine when we turned it off.  There have been no changes to the system since we used it last.  The light on the front of the unit, which was formally green, is now white/light pink in color.  I have a second Sonos Amp (same model) located directly below it that still works fine and the light is green.  Any ideas on how to fix the non-working amp?  Thank you.

Have you tried another power-cycle? Leave it unplugged for 30 secomds.

Repairs aren't usually possible, the LED pink color isn’t on the support list of colors.

You could submit a diagnostic and call Sonos to see if they can see anything.

If you plan to submit a diagnostic and phone support do not Factory Reset the unit because this erases all of the past diagnostic cata.
