I currently have 4 Sonos (2 pairs) 8inch in-ceiling speakers connected to my AMP. I purchased another pair of 8 inch sonance (Not Sonos/ sonance only) speakers. Will the amp be able to handle this?

Unlikely. That’s a lot of speakers to connect to a single Amp designed for a 8 ohm load. I’d suspect it would shut down fairly quickly.

You might try an impedance matching speaker controller/switch but you may be unhappy with the maximum volume levels.
