Hi,

 

I did install a Sonos amp 1 gen with Turntable  on my Sonos system ( 4 x play5 , 2 x play3) .

sound from Turntable is perfect to All my sonosspeakers in All the rooms but I have no sound on the external speakers which are plugged in the amp. Statuslight on the amp is continous white , so ok.

 

what is the problem?

Is the volume turned on on the Connect Amp? Did you choose the line in as a source? And maybe (not to make fun of you, but sometimes it is best to start at the very beginning) is it really a Connect Amp, not a Connect?


The amp is ZP120 so yes amplifier and no connect.

You could make a diagnostic and call Sonos.
