I have a new Sonnos Connect. I did a hard reset and the light is flashing green. I can’t get the app to recognize the Connect. It does not find it. The Connect it hard wired to the router. Not sure what to do. Just need to have the app find the Connect.

What device is the app installed on? Is it connected to the same subnet that the hardwired CONNECT is on?
The CONNECT is an older device, it might be possible that the network card in it has failed, have you tried to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
You must have bought this second hand. Is it S2 compatible? Is your system S1 or S2? (Although I would expect Sonos to give you a specific compatibility warning if this were the problem.)
