I have an older amp that doesn’t show up in my account / profile.  So I can’t use the upgrade program.  How can I get this component into my account ?

Have you set up the Connect:Amp in the Sonos app using your Sonos account?


There are a few possibilities as to why it isn’t showing up, honestly. The easiest way to resolve that is to factory reset the device, then re-add it to your system. That will ensure that it shows up on your account. 


Depending on the age of the Connect:Amp, you might need to install it with the S1 Sonos app.
