When I try to enable automatic update on the app (iPhone), I receive the error message: 

“The email and password you entered did not match our records. Please try again.” I have tried to reset my password - same issue. 

Any suggestions?

Try resetting the app under App Preferences and rebooting your phone and try logging in again.
