Have you recently upgraded your S10 to Android 12?
If so, we’re aware of an issue with lock screen controls on Android 12.
The issue looks to be resolved when Android 12L launches sometime in Spring 2022.

Perhaps you disabled it, in App Preferences? Lock screen info requires that notifications stay enabled.
App is set at “Notifications Allowed” (same as Spotify - which works). SO still confused why SPotify works but Sonos doesn’t.
The Android app settings obviously need to permit notifications, but I was referring to the settings in the Sonos app itself.
