Setting up Mini Sub

How do I know if my Mini Sub is working? The white light is on and I think I have carried out the connection but on checking whether I have connected I get the message on the App that the sub is not detected. I have Wi Fi and the Sub has power. On the app the sub has a red dot and the words 'not registered' beside it. Any advice?

After you bond it to another speaker, it will show under that room. You’ll also have a volume control for it in Settings/System/roomname/Sub Audio. Get some music playing. Then increase that Sub volume and you should hear the difference.

Did you follow these instructions?

If not it is possible you set your Sub up as a second Sonos system.
