Reset iphone to factory settings & now unable to get sonos arc to connect to spotify

I recently reset my phone to factory settings to give it a refresh. I recently went to play Spotify through my songs arc. I now can’t get my arc to connect to Spotify or my wifi. Has anyone come across this issue?

Having reset your phone, have you re established your wifi, loaded appropriate apps, enabled Spotify service in the Sonos app, linked accounts etc? 
Have you tried temporarily connecting your Arc with an Ethernet cable to check network connection? 
What error messages are you getting?

Are there any lights flashing/shining on your Arc?

Resetting your phone has no effect on your Sonos gear. None at all.

Sounds like the app is not working correctly on your phone, most likely because it has lost the “local network” permission.

If problems persist please be very specific about what is happening (or not).

Oh and DO NOT reset any of your Sonos gear.
