My connect amp keeps flashing red. I factory reset it but it goes back to flashing red. I’ve spent hours on here trying to figure it out. It’s a new house to us and the rest of the Sonos system is working well but this one connect amp. Looking for some more troubleshooting advice.

Have you checked the LED states FAQ? If memory serves, blinking red is, well, bad, and you likely need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
