Radio station is listed and will not play

WXKW is listed on radio.com and tunein. Neither will play.  I ran diagnostics and sent to Sonos.  Here is the number 151565757.

Please help.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system.

Hi @jnap1210. welcome to the Sonos Community!

It doesn’t look like that station is available in my region so I was unable to test it on my side I’m afraid, however looking at the diagnostic it looks like a lot of DNS lookups for that station are failing.

Would it be possible to reboot your router, as well as the Amp, and then try playing from WXKW once more to check if there’s any improvement?

Thanks for the suggestion.  I played this and it is not the station in NJ.

That station has a complicated playback page, not easy for me to get the actual stream address for the NJ station.

Thanks.  I used to be able to play it. It would cut out.  Now I cannot play at all.

I have tried. But every time I call you are closed.
