I purchased some products from Dubai, and I want to use them. However, when I try to set them up in the app, I receive an error message saying, 'We couldn't link your Sonos Amp to your account.' What should I do? Please help

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with setting up your new devices. As a general troubleshooting step, I’d recommend rebooting your router, device you’re trying to setup, and controller running the Sonos app. Once you’ve done that, try setting your Sonos up using the app again. 

If you’re still getting that error message after rebooting your system, try to temporarily wire the Sonos into your router via an Ethernet cable. You could also try another device with the Sonos app installed to complete the setup, such as a different phone or a tablet.

If the above doesn’t resolve this for you and you’re still unable to finish the setup and link Sonos to your account, then please reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting.
