problem to connect my sonos connect

I cant connect my sonos connect to my system..

I try to reset it ,   my sonos is always searching and it never see it

I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to connect to your Sonos Connect.

When you open the Sonos app, do you see a ‘system not found’ error message? Also, what’s the LED Light status of your Sonos Connect? It should be a solid white light: if you see any other colour or status, then please check our LED Light article for what these mean.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend rebooting your router and Connect by powering them off for one to two minutes. If possible, it’s worth temporarily wiring the Connect to your router via Ethernet to see if that brings it back into the app.

I would advise against any factory resetting the Connect, and if you are still unable to connect, the please contact our support team for further assistance.
