Please can you tell me how to erase a sonos system (remove speakers from my account) please. Thank you. In fact I have many problems and I wanna start it again to be sure everything will be fine

Erasing the speakers from your account (which can only be done by registering them to a different account) will not have any impact on your system.

Without knowing what kind of problems you have I can say that often problems are network related.

Start with a system refresh in this order: Power off all Sonos devices, reboot your router and wait until the router has fully restarted, then power up Sonos, starting with any wired Sonos if any.
