Playbar installation

I am trying to install a new playbar. The system finds the playbar and then asks me to push the play/pause button and volume up. I do so and hear the chime. But nothing happens afterward. The app stays waiting for me to push both buttons and doesn’t move forward. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Which Sonos App are you using for setup, S1 or S2? What is the mobile controller device?

Is your mobile device connected to the routers 2.4Ghz primary network, which in turn must be 802.11b/g compatible for setup purposes.
