Hi.

My Playbar keeps disappearing from the s2 app.

when I reboot the playbar by power cycling it will reappear then drop again after an hour or two.

also my sonos one surrounds will not connect to the playbar.

 

I submitted this diagnostic report 1021399668.

any ideas?
 

 

How is the Playbar connecting to the LAN - is it via your WiFi, SonosNet or wired. If it’s the latter then check it’s cable. If over wireless then perhaps try a different WiFi/SonosNet channel to see if that perhaps makes any difference.

Maybe just see what happens when you change your router’s 2.4Ghz WiFi channel - try a non-overlapping channel (1, 6 or 11) and if your router allows, set the channel-width to 20MHz only and see if that stops the dropouts.
