PLAY:5 exterior cable issues

Hello, I have 2 PLAY:5 gen 2 and both of the cable are ripping of at the connection. When I try to remove the cable from the speaker I feel like the cable will split in half. Let me know if its normal. Thanks

I would wrap that in electrical tape temporarily and order replacement power cables, assuming you’re outside the 1 year warranty.
