I have songs throughout the house, my daughters have a play 1 in each of there rooms. 1 works fine but the other which is closer to the router stops intermittently.
Anyone any ideas please.

Might also be worth looking for sources of wifi interference near that speaker.

Try unplugging the affected speaker from power for about a minute and rebooting your router. You can also try wiring the speaker directly to the router with an ethernet cable.
