My play 1 (gen 1) is dead! I opened it up to check the 2amp fuse which is fine. On examination I found that R310 has blown.
My question is what value resistor is this? Any ideas what may have caused it to pop?

Usually, an obviously blown resistor is the victim of another set of failures. I don’t apply power until I’ve sorted out these failures. Maybe you can search for other DIY repairs.
