how do I reset the password on my account? I have tried used the password reset link for the past 3 days and I never get an email. I know I have the right email because I have retained the original welcome email. I am trying to log i to the new app and I cannot.

Yeah same problem here. Have tried resetting password for a couple of days and nothing is delivered. Not in spam folder etc.
