You’d likely get as much information as possible from the “View real-time service status” button, which is on my screen, on the right of this post. Depending on what device you’re reading the forum on, it may be in a different location.
It says, right now:
Update - Pandora's service is currently impacted with playback failures and problems when adding a Pandora account to Sonos. Pandora is aware of the issue and investigating.
