we have an iphone, and android work with no problem. sonos s1, another iphone got kicked off and cannot sign on, says “cannot find network”

Can you tell me the software version of your iPhone? You can check it by going to your iPhone Settings > General > About > Software Version.
Also, to help you out with this, I'll be requesting from you diagnostic reports submitted from your iPhone and Android devices to find out why your iPhone can't find your Sonos system.
