Hi I’m new here and the tv is coming through my Beam but not my Sonos one’s.I’m not technical at all and don’t know what to do.Also can’t seem to access the app on my phone.Any help really apreciated thank you

We’ll prob need a lot more info to be able to help, but let’s do things one step at a time. Do you know if you added the Ones as surrounds, which is needed for a surround system? Look in Settings/System and under Products you should see the Roomname you chose for the Beam (Lounge, Living Room or whatever). Does it say Lounge (+LS +RS) or what?
